Individual Therapy is a one-on-one session with a therapist/psychologist that usually takes 30 minutes to one hour depending on the patient’s and provider’s preference for their treatment goals. Each of our therapists/psychologists have a unique area of expertise and treatment modalities that allow them to meet each individual’s need. Individual therapy is helpful in navigating through life’s challenges by learning to identify personal strengths and weaknesses.
